- Incoming Electric Services
- Two 13.8 KV incoming feeders from DELMARVA Power Company’s Brandywine sub-station. The unit feeds an automatic transfer controller. The ATS selects which feeder will power the two [2] 2000 KVA sub-station transformers.

- AP600 system has four [4] 300KVAmodules providing 900KVA capacity with 300KVA reserve power in case 1module fails.
- AP500 system has four [4] 270KVAmodules providing 810KVA capacity with 270KVA reserve power in case 1module fails.

- 24 Hours Power Back-Up - Utility Power Only
- 20 minute battery back-up at full load

- Four diesel generators at 1,750 KW each, rated 2,188 KVA

- Life Safety System
- Building has a dedicated riser which feeds one emergency panel on every 3rd floor. This riser feeds emergency lights and exit lights on all floors. The building does not have an emergency generator. During a power outage, the Data Center space is picked up from the Data Center Generators.
