BHI has the flexibility to handle a variety of specialized colocation requirements such as:

• Specialized rack configurations
• Partial and full cage configurations
• Non-racked equipment such as SAN and mainframe systems
• 1/3, 1/2, and full rack configurations
• Specialized telco connectivity such as PRI, POTS, T-1/T-3 X-connect, and other various telco connectivity
• Rooftop access needs for satellite, antenna, and other specialized requirements
• Specialized rush jobs where colocation needs are immediate such as in a disaster recovery scenario
• Various power requirements

Service Detail :

• Month to Month Contracts will incur a $500 setup fee
• Customer is responsible for all server maintenance and ongoing configuration
• All Colocation services may receive alerts via e-mail, pager, or cell phone on any services 24 hours per day on general pings
• Bandwidth is hard capped at 1mbps or approximately 20% above committed rate, unless prior arrangements are made
• Customer may request bandwidth capped at certain amount to prevent any burstable fees
• All accounts include up to 2 system reboots per month by a BHI technician. Each call beyond this is charged at $50 per incident. Calls after hours are charged $250 per incident.
• All accounts include up to 8 IP addresses - IP beyond these may be purchased
• Single power outlet provided on all single server and 5U plans
• Server sizes are the following:
  • Standard Mid-Tower server cannot exceed 8" W x 19" H x 20" Deep
  • Large Tower Server cannot exceed 12"W x 35" H x 36" Deep
• Each full rack includes (1) 15 amp circuit
